Shipping policy

Customer orders are reviewed and processed within 1-3 working days.

Customer orders will be despatched within 3-4 working days of order receipt, via Royal Mail 48Tracked for the UK.

We ship all our goods to the United Kingdom.

We now ship to the Republic of Ireland.

Note: Pony Creative cannot be held responsible for custom delays, issues and returned goods. Every effort will be made to ensure custom paperwork is completed correctly and the correct postage applied.

Royal Mail International standard is used for the Republic of Ireland.

We use a A4 Large letter hard backed envelope or large letter box. For larger orders a small parcel.
