Shipping policy

Customer orders are reviewed and processed within 1-3 working days.

Customer orders will be despatched within 3-4 working days of order receipt, via Royal Mail 48Tracked for the UK.

We ship all our goods to the United Kingdom 

WE DO NOT ship to the EU, including the ROI, due to packaging regulations.

We ship internationally to USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, up to a max 2kg weight for a small parcel, per order. 

         If your order exceeds this weight please contact us as will put together             a cost for you. 

International shipping is via the Royal Mail, International Service, Tracked. Lead time is approx - 5-8 working days. 

Pony Creative cannot be held liable for any further custom costs, and all custom papwerwork wil be completed to the bext of our knowledge.

NOTE: All our colouring books, journals and notebooks can be found on Amazon, where shipping is generally available worldwide. 

We use a A4 Large letter hard backed envelope or large letter box. For larger orders a small parcel.
